Mountain Trek's weight loss vacations are tailored to those who can comfortably do a set of exercises without losing breath. We do not run the typical fat farms or fat camps for adults who are obese like seen on TV. Although we can help everyone, we focus on those adults who aren't a "biggest loser contestent" yet need the same care and attention to meet their own weight loss program goals. There are other adult fat camps we can recommend if you don't meet that criteria.
