Our highly acclaimed Program is designed for you to feel safe and secure knowing the details are taken care of. This makes it easy for you to focus on your personal goals during your stay with us. It’s our definition of all-inclusive. With the support of our dedicated group of individuals from Guides to the Housekeeping Staff, your success is assured. All Mountain Trek locations offer the same all-inclusive program.
Your Program includes:
- Daily guided hikes
- Daily yoga and fitness classes
- 6 Health and Lifestyle Lectures
- Minimum 3-4 hiking guides daily to accommodate individual fitness levels
- High staff to guest ratio to ensure individualized attention
- Small guest numbers to create intimate group setting for support and motivation
- Organic calorie controlled spa cuisine with flexibility for food preferences
- Access to Spa facilities - including sauna, steam room and outdoor Jacuzzi
- 2 Body composition assessments
- Personal products (shampoo/conditioner/soap, hair dryer, bath robe)
- Program manual and cookbook
- Free transportation to and from Airports on Saturdays
- 3-50 minute Therapeutic massages
- Hiking gear (use of backpacks and trekking poles)
- Heart rate monitor and personal hydration unit
- Personal daily laundry service
- Private room and bathroom
- Wireless computer/cell reception
- 1 cooking class (B.C. only)
- Maximum 16 guests
- Extra services availble upon request
Computer Service:
Our lodge has a guest computer, linked to the internet. We also offer wireless high speed (satellite) service, if you wish to bring a laptop. Please be aware that while we regularly upgrade our computer service to the best technology available, we are situated in a rural area and it is possible for service disruptions to occur from time to time. Cell phones work at our lodge, but, there aren't any TVs, radios, or newspapers available for your retreat from the world.
