Decompression begins the moment you arrive at our intimate health spa retreat. Kirkland, our Program Director and certified Life Coach, will help you unplug from your daily life and shed your to-do lists. As you breathe in the mountain air and connect to the Self that is buried under work and worry, schedules and commitments, you will find the soothing rhythms of nature envelop you and become your own.

The days at Mountain Trek’s fitness retreat vacation program begin with gentle, rejuvenating yoga classes that clear the mind, stretch the body and prepares you for a full day of challenging activity. The daily hikes, while vigorous, are a chance to recharge your spirit as you trek through breathtaking natural settings. After the hike, you can soak in our outdoor hot tub, or spend healing time in our steam room or infrared sauna. You can take some time to sit quietly on our patio and let everything go. And then there are the evening massages, deeply healing, therapeutic, and a terrific remedy for insomnia.
