Yoga, Hiking and Fun Fitness Activities
You will begin each morning with a gentle Hatha Yoga class; an energizing preparation for a day of alpine mountain hiking. Every evening you will participate in one of the varied fitness classes that will burn fat, tone muscles and make you smile as you sweat.

A Mountain Trek health and fitness boot camp vacation begins and ends with an in-depth body composition analysis that includes fat weight, muscle weight and water weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and girth measurements. That way you can track – and celebrate – your physical fitness progress during your time with us.
