Mountain Trek is all about living the perfect day, everyday for the rest of your life.

Start your path to vitality and wellness by joining us at our all-inclusive health and wellness retreat. You’ll be immersed in one of the most beautiful natural environments in North America and you’ll be well cared for by our professional guides and award-winning chefs. We have a 2:1 staff-to-guest ratio so you know your every need will be taken care of. You’ll also enjoy state-of-the-art spa and yoga facilities, free massages, complimentary soaks in the nearby natural hot springs, beautiful rooms in our timber frame lodge, and delicious spa cuisine throughout the day.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS

At Mountain Trek you’ll experience a curriculum that’s intended to raise your metabolism by balancing hormones. Your 7 or 14-day immersion will help to release stress, deepen sleep, remove toxins, reclaim energy levels and, of course, burn fat.

  1. Nordic Fitness Trekking and excerise classes will be a large component of your stay with us. You’ll be immersed in the sights, sounds and wonder of the outdoors 3 to 4 hours a day as we hike beside lakes, up river canyons, and through wildflower meadows, as well as experiencing a variety of evening fitness classes.
  2. Food will be fuel and you’ll be served portioned, wild and organic spa cuisine throughout the day in the form of 3 delicious, balanced meals and sustaining snacks.
  3. Stress will lessen as you decompress at our beautiful mountain lodge retreat. Take a break from devices – this is your digital detox. You’ll relax under the skilled, nurturing hands of our massage therapists as well as by soaking in the spa or the nearby hot springs.
  4. Releasing toxins will be a natural by-product of breathing clean air, drinking pure water, soaking in mineral hot springs and sitting in the steam room or infrared sauna. You will leave Mountain Trek feeling clean on the inside and looking radiant on the outside.
  5. Integrating the program into your regular life will be easier after attending our science-based education lectures. We’ll also provide a take-home App with recipes, grocery shopping guidelines and exercises for healthy habit creation.

PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

Fitness hiking is our main aerobic activity at Mountain Trek with our very own Nordic Fitness Trekking technique. You will be guided in an appropriate group that matches your fitness level and will experience an elevation gain of anywhere between 500 to 1,200 feet in the Spring and late Autumn and 500 to 2,500 feet in the Summer and early Autumn.

Designated groups will be created in order to maximize workout potential and each will vary in terms of distance covered, speed and elevation gain.

Daily Release & Mobilize Yoga sessions and fitness classes will also be a part of the program to help further increase your metabolism and shed fat.
