Working with our talented chefs and kitchen staff, Jeff has designed an inventive menu that, meal by meal, will provide you with all the energy you need to put maximum effort into hiking and fitness activities while supporting your weight loss goals. You don’t count calories (we do the work). You are not tempted by buffet-style service.
