Imagine yourself at home on Sunday night having just spent the entire weekend treating your body the way it deserves to be treated; eating healthfully, exercising, doing yoga, immersing in nature, calming your mind, reducing stress, and sleeping deeply. Sounds rejuvenating, right?
While that sounds like a perfect weekend, it is much easier said than done. It takes a lot of planning, preparation, and discipline to gift yourself a full weekend of self-care. That’s where we come in.
From Friday at 3 pm until Sunday at 4:30 pm, you and a maximum of 12 guests will work hand-in-hand with award-winning staff, following a program specifically designed and proven to reverse the effects of aging, stress, and overworking (and isolation!). You’ll exercise with our former-Olympian kinesiologist, prepare and eat delicious and nutritious food with our classically trained chef and certified nutritionist, learn and practice mindfulness with our program creator and director, and relax deeply with our expert yoga instructor.
All you need to do is show up and give us your best. We’ll take care of the rest.
