Imagine yourself at home on Sunday night having just spent the entire weekend eating healthfully, exercising, doing yoga, immersing in nature, calming your mind, reducing stress, and sleeping deeply. Sounds rejuvenating, right?
Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done. It takes a lot of planning, preparation, and discipline to gift yourself a full weekend of self-care. That’s where we come in.
From Friday at 3 pm until Sunday at 4:30 pm, you and a maximum of 12 guests will work hand-in-hand with our former-Olympian kinesiologist, classically trained chef, certified nutritionist, life coach, and expert yoga instructor. You will follow a program specifically designed and proven to reverse the effects of aging, stress, and overworking (and isolation!).
All you need to do is show up and give it your best. We’ll take care of the rest.
