What To Expect
Prepare to venture far from your ordinary dinner routine.
Spend an evening alongside Chef Jillian, Nutritionist Jenn, and Program Director Kirk to cook and eat delicious, nutritious food, and discuss all things nutrition, health, or wherever else the conversation goes!
A maximum of 12 guests will get together virtually (via Zoom) for two hours for each Supper Club dinner.
During the cooking portion (roughly 90 minutes), you will cook one dinner and prepare and store one healthy, energizing lunch for the following day. Chef Jillian and Nutritionist Jenn will lead you on both a culinary and educational journey, teaching you new cooking skills and techniques, while sharing helpful insights about the meal you are preparing. We will send you the recipes and a shopping list well-ahead of the event.
Once all guests have plated their dinner, you will all sit down and continue the conversation! This is a unique opportunity to ask a classically-trained chef, certified nutritionist, and/or our very own health guru anything you want, or just enjoy it as a chance to be with like-minded people connecting over good food.
