During this 2 hour cook-along, your team will cook one dinner and prepare and store one healthy, energizing lunch for the following day. Chef Jillian and Nutritionist Jenn will lead your team on both a culinary and educational journey, teaching new cooking skills and techniques, while sharing helpful insights about the meal you are preparing. While eating, Nutritionist Jenn will cover critical elements of fueling our bodies and brains for optimal output.
