We can put a stop to that decay at our fitness retreat that with a gentle Hatha Yoga class in the morning; an energizing day of outdoor hiking and various fitness classes in the evening that will make you smile as you sweat.

We focus on cardio with our evening exercise classes as well as during the day with our ergonomic fitness hiking, which also works the upper body using hiking poles. This sustained movement assures proper internal functioning and detoxification.
You’re going to gain strength during your time with us, which means your muscles need to room to grow. Morning yoga helps stretch tired muscles and prepare you for a day of hiking and activities.
