- Recipe serves 3 x 8 oz each, or 4 x 6 oz (at MT we serve women 4oz, men 6oz – for weightloss)
- Hemp protein powder, we use the pure stuff here at MT – no additives, just hemp (1 tbsp per serving).
- Greens powder, we use a greens combination (with spirulina, sprouted barley, kamut, etc) that can be purchased in your health food store.
- The frozen fruit changes each morning (mango, raspberry, strawberries, blue berries).
- Agave or maple syrup are optional, as it might be sweet enough with the banana and frozen fruit. Simple and satisfying.
